ASHISH (10 out of 10 )
The movie is fantastic and the story is a high-speed rollercoaster ride. A film not to be missed.

droxx!!!! (10 out of 10 )
I especially liked the parts where they keep trying to kill Nicholas Cage.

Why does this have a 10 out of 10 rating? I must lower the score with a 6. I am however commenting strictly on the script and not movie. Granted I think the suspense would play out great on screen but reading it - I pretty much skipped over the fight sequence with Machine near the end. The script wasn't bad - it's above average at a 6, but script alone, void of movie making magic, it just isn't a 10.

Scott (7 out of 10 )
I prefer the ending of the final film to this draft script. The closure with Mrs. Mathews' postcard makes you feel better about her situation, as compared to when Welles calls her from the Eddie Poole murder scene, distraught. The death of Machine always bothered me in the film version, and this one is no better. Welles is just victimizing Machine's Mother in both versions. Though Machine deserves vengeance, his Mother never knows why her son is killed in her home.
