Very hard not to watch this film when it comes on the telly. Bruce Willis is fantastic as John Maclane and, for me, I feel as though Willis is playing himself. Lots of ad libs from Willis, because director John Mcteerin gave Willis a free reign with the dialogue. Actioned packed, some comedy and the sophisicated killer, played by Allan Richman is perfect. This film gave Willis his big shot at stardom as he just completed filming moonlighting. Exellent film.
