The script is definitely more gritty and violent than the movie. I enjoyed the movie because of how the suspense was filled with lack of details, leaving the viewer to only imagine what happened in certain scenes. I heard the script was written with Butler in mind as Price and Foxx alive as Clyde, but I'm glad they switched it around for the movie. Definitely my favorite performance of Gerard Butler's.
