A near perfect film. Performances are fantastic. Script is perfect. Directing is great. I'm too lazy to write more, but I love this film.

As the past reviewer said, near perfect. It is a superb film and script. PT Anderson doing what I didn't think he would be able to do after Magnolia. Also, I think Adam Sandler's acting is perfect, banking on every awkward moment, the way acting should be. Jon Brion's music is too good, I've said to my friends and what-not that he will ending up being our generation's Enno Morricone. This is a very, very good film - on my top 100 films of all time. I urge you to see this film.

Couldn't agree more. It's pure, cinematic joy! Great script, great acting, beautifully shot and scored. And the direction. PT is a rare talent and will eventually become one of our all time great directors. Love it love it love it!

A wonderful movie and script. The rhythm is extraordinary. Interesting comment on Jon Brion. Worked for Kaufman, works for Anderson.
Loren    (10 out of 10 )

This is the first screenplay I've ever read and I found it to be an intense learning experience. Without the intense imagination it seems is required for these parts, the script rolls by boringly, and really the characters don't say anything but disconnection. I realized how much PT does when actually making the film, how much was changed, etc. The final product is three billion times better than the literature of this script. Script writing really is a different world. Superb film though!
