I loved this script. It stuck so well with the book and made sure to include the little things that Michael notices about Hanna.

I have never read the book, but i must say the scipt is impressive. At first i was wondering where this story was going snd then suddenly you are sucked into a whirlpool of surprises and intensity. I am not to keen on the format but all in all, a fascinating story

Script is strong but ideas are mingling. Question raise what is the basic theme of the novel in fact? May writer knows.

Anything with Kate Winslet in it is compelling viewing and this is no exception! I really love the way the film deals with the flash backs. It didnt lose the flow of the film. David kross was only 17yrs old when he shot all of his scenes except the sex scenes. The producers had to wait until his 18th birthday, which fortunately, occured during the film's shooting schedual. Very happy to see German actor Bruno Ganz. Four years ealier, he played Hitler in the German production of "Breakdown" He brings realism to the screen and his role as Professor Rohl is no exception. Ralph Fiennes is excellent as the elder Michael berg. I really enjoyed this film and it was deserving of its oscar wins.

Script played the major part in this movie which helped the artists perform well. Especially in the ending where father shows his daughter the grave of Hanna Schmitz and his explanation to her was really awesome ending.
