Roger (10 out of 10 ) Too bad this isn't the final draft of the script, the one they used. (Unless there was a heck of a lot of ad-libbing). I remember distinctly (just watched it the other day) that after Karl hugs Frank at the end, he says, "I love you, boy," and Frank says, "I love you too." THEN Karl gets up and leaves. That was one of my favorite moments in the movie.
jerry chambliss (10 out of 10 ) Great movie. I was a county appraiser for Saline County at one time back in the 90s. I know where every scene was filmed. I was aware of one detail in the movie that I feel most did not catch. When Karl walked away from each person he would never see again and when he put the hurting on Doyle Hargreave they each called out his name; "Karl?".
